No limit hold’em can be quite a lot of risk in terms of stakes

A loose aggressive or any player can try to exhaust you by putting all his stakes in the pot in a single bet! There can be surprising shocks at anytime and the flow of the game is going to be pretty thrilling indeed. Anything can turn upside down anytime.

As the no limit hold’em flows through the flop you need to concentrate on two main things:-
• The nature of the opponents; you can classify them as tight-aggressive, tight-passive, loose-aggressive, loose-passive and unpredictable ones.
• The number of hands that go out of the play with folding.

You need to compare the nature of the players who fold every time before you decide on the next move. A lot of odds are needed in this game type.

Unpredictable players in no limit hold’em games! Some players can be tight-aggressive in the flop, play loose-passive in the turn and crankily loose-aggressive in the river; you need to be extremely cautious of such unpredictable players. There is no safe way that you can fold or stay. Unpredictable guys can make you fold your best hand despite them being with a worse hand!

Tight-aggressive players in no limit hold’em games! These are the ones that fold the most in the flop. You can bluff these guys very easily; they tend to bet less with a medium or low hand, but be sure that you do the bluffing part right as the other watchful guys may get a clue if you are doing it in a big table.

Tight-passive players in no limit hold’em games! These players to not risk with going any ahead in a difficult table; despite holding a winning hand they are not going to perform in a no-limit game.

Loose-aggressive players in no limit hold’em games! These are the ones that win a lot of pots, but eventually happen to loose a same share. However, such guys tend to graduate from fluctuations, so you need to see if they are changing to be unpredictable.

Loose-passive players in no limit hold’em games! They can loose easily, they tend to play with a second good hand and tend to give away to bluffs, try to exploit them, if they have a second hand there is no chance they will make it in no limit hold’em games.
